Rothchild was incredible! From the very beginning when I was a lost baby bride and had no idea what I wanted or needed, to the very end when the changes kept coming and they handled them so gracefully… they were incredible to work with and on top of everything so I didn’t have to be! – ALSO, the food… YUM!! that prime rib!! every single guest commented on how good it was. We are from out of town so we didn’t get to do a tasting, and I was nervous. Let’s just say you have no reason to be!! we ADORE you, Rothchild!! xo

Amazing experience and service! Not only was the food a hit at our wedding and our guests still talk about It, but the service was unbeatable. As the bride and groom, we were concerned we would not have the time to eat during our reception but the staff made sure to remain attentive to us throughout the night. Rothchild Catering was absolutely amazing! There were a lot of options to choose from and everything we chose was delicious. As an out-of-town bride, they were so helpful in helping me choose a menu for my wedding and were easy to contact with any questions. We chose the 2 vegetarian and 1 meat option for appetizers during cocktail hour and so many of our guests came to us saying how good it was. Our main course included chicken parmesan which was such a hit and sirloin in red wine sauce. I really can’t say enough great things about the food and the employees. We also decided to get our wedding cake through Rothchild’s and it was great! We couldn’t decide between classic wedding cake or chocolate so they accommodated by alternating layers. I 100% would recommend it to anyone!

Rothchild catered our wedding and we are so happy that we got to work with them. They were very flexible in terms of implementing our ideas, and our wedding reception ran super smoothly. We especially appreciated the staff preparing dinner plates for my husband and me to make sure we got to try all the excellent food. We had multiple guests say afterward it was the best wedding food they’d ever had, and we have to agree! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a caterer in the Knoxville area!
