Do you cater to events outside of your venue?

Yes! Rothchild Catering is a full-service catering company that provides services to events throughout East Tennessee.  Head over to our contact form and tell us about your event. We would be happy to discuss menus and provide you with a quote.

How much notice do you need for a catering order?

We request that you provide us with as much notice as possible for catered events. During the holiday season, more notice may be required. Please keep in mind that particular days book quickly, and we may stop accepting orders. Even if you are still planning the details of your event, it is best to let us know about your catering needs as soon as possible.

Can you accommodate special dietary needs?

Yes. Rothchild Catering is happy to accommodate dietary needs. Please notify your event coordinator of dietary needs or food allergies at the time your final guest count is due. Final guest counts are noted on all catering contracts.

Do you offer customized menus?

Yes! Our menus online are simply a guideline to help you through your selection process. If you have any specific requests that are not listed, please let us know. We are happy to accommodate a request!

Do you provide drop-off service?

Yes. Rothchild Catering is happy to deliver catering for your event. If you are unsure whether you need delivery or if you need a server to stay, our event coordinators are happy to discuss the options with you and help you make the best decision for your event.

Do you offer tastings?

When do you need a final guest count?

The lead time on a final guest count varies depending on the type of event. The most notice we would ask for is 10 days prior to your event. The due date for your guest count will be listed on your catering contract.

Do you offer bar services?

Yes. Rothchild Catering is licensed and bonded by the state of Tennessee to provide bar services. Due to state law, Rothchild Catering may only serve alcohol that has been purchased by Rothchild Catering through state-approved distributors. Rothchild Catering can operate a cash bar or a hosted bar. Your event coordinator can discuss the different bar options that are available for your event.

Does your venue offer free parking?

Rothchild Catering and Conference Center offers free parking for all events.

How much does it cost to rent your venue?

If you are ordering a full catered meal through Rothchild Catering, you are able to use a private banquet room at no cost for a generous amount of time. Depending on the event, timeframes range from 3-6 hours. Rothchild Catering and Conference Center also provides free round tables, chairs and select linens for your event.

Do you allow outside food at your venue?

No. Rothchild Catering and Conference Center does not allow outside food or beverages into the venue. If you bring outside items in, you will be asked to remove them from the premise immediately. This policy protects the health and safety of our guests.

Does your venue have wifi and audio visual equipment?

Yes. Rothchild Catering and Conference Center offers free guest wifi. We also have a variety of AV equipment available for rent, including projectors, microphones, podiums, screens, mixer boards and more.

How do I reserve your venue?

To formally reserve a room at Rothchild Catering and Conference Center, we require a signed contract and a 35% deposit based on your invoice at the time of booking. If you make significant adjustments that raise the cost of your event, you may be asked to make an additional deposit at the time those changes are made.

Who is responsible for clean up at your venue?

Rothchild Catering and Conference Center staff fully clean up following each event. We request that you remove all items that you brought into the venue. We will handle the rest!
