Off Premise Events
Rothchild Catering offers a wide assortment of delicious menus and service styles for off premise events such as picnics to include food, games, inflatables and supervisory staff. In addition, we can conveniently coordinate other services such as tents, tables, chairs, centerpieces, linens, and much, much more. Rothchild Catering along with its sister company, Event Rentals, has an extensive list of party/event equipment and supplies as well as decorating items. Everything can be coordinated with just one phone call. Whether you need a complete catered meal, or just a few items, or perhaps just some equipment, Rothchild Catering and Event Rentals can accommodate your needs.

Seminars/Business Meetings
Rothchild Catering offers a special seminar package that includes your seminar room, continental breakfast, lunch, snack, flip chart and beverages throughout the day, as well as plenty of free parking. Rothchild Catering sales staff will always be glad to take the extra time necessary to design arrangements to meet your specific needs.

Holiday Parties
During the holiday season, each room at Rothchild Catering & Conference Center has a holiday tree, poinsettia plants, twinkle lights and holiday decorations. Additionally, during the festive season, holiday colored linens that coordinate with the décor of the specific room are used. For a small dinner party or your corporate holiday party, all nine ballrooms are a festive site to be seen!

Rehearsal Dinners
Rehearsal dinners at Rothchild Catering offer a private room setting with seating at round tables; white linen clothes and linen napkins with your choice of menu and dessert. We offer a four-hour time frame for you and your special guests to enjoy the evening and celebrate before the “Big Day”! Other options you may wish to consider include pre-dinner appetizers, punch, hand-passed champagne toast as well as other alcoholic beverages. If the wedding reception and rehearsal dinner are both held at Rothchild Catering & Conference Center, 10% of the rehearsal dinner food total is given as a credit towards the reception.

Weddings
Wedding receptions at Rothchild Catering & Conference Center include many complimentary features, such as: guest tables, chairs, white linens to the floor, special linen draped cake table, small bride & grooms table draped in white with special white fabric covered chairs, small linen draped guest book table, and linen draped gift table. All plateware, glassware and napkins are provided free of charge as well. Some additional options available (at various fees) are:

• Floral arrangements for guest tables and/or food and beverage tables
• Private Beverage station with attendant
• Dance Floor
• Formal Head Table for wedding party
• Risers/staging for wedding party or live band

Dinner Parties
At Rothchild Catering & Conference Center, we accommodate dinner parties from 5 up to 1,000 people offering a wide assortment of delicious menus and service styles. We set the tables, we do the dishes, and you and your guests simply arrive, enjoy your meal and relax. The room is included at no charge along with the tables, linens and service ware needed to make your dinner party an event to remember. You may wish to upgrade to speciatly china, add an elegant linen overlay, chair covers or a special floral arrangement to the dinner tables.

Anniversary Parties
One year, five, ten, or fifty years – Anniversary celebrations are always special at Rothchild Catering & Conference Center. Bring your original cake photo and we will recreate your wedding cake. Let us help you celebrate and relive that magical moment from years ago. Champagne toasts, specialty linens, elegant centerpieces or even a string quartet, we will be at your service.

Youth Banquets
Rothchild Catering has a great deal of respect and appreciation for our local schools and youth organizations and have prepared specially priced delicious menus for events for non-profit organizations involving youth. These prices are not available to other groups.

Showers
Whether celebrating an upcoming wedding or new family arrival, Rothchild Catering offers a large array of menus and specialty cakes to help celebrate your special occasion. Complimentary cake tables and gift tables are placed in your private room along with the additional options of centerpieces and balloon décor.

Youth Birthdays
Rothchild Catering offers an abundance of choices for youth celebrations including balloons floating over the dance floor, complimentary cake table and gift table, and much more! Punch fountains, chocolate fondue, ice cream sundae bars and a dozen roses for the honoree are just a beginning to what we can offer your special birthday girl or boy! There is plenty of free parking. Just do the invitations and show up; the decorating, set up, service and clean up is all included in the cost.
