For over 20 years, Rothchild Catering has been serving delicious foods attractively presented to
East Tennessee and beyond. Rothchild Catering started in a leased 19-stool, 520 square foot snack
shop in Knoxville’s leading office complex.
Through dedication, value-priced menus and attention to details, Rothchild Catering & Conference Center
now owns a 60,000 square foot premier special events facility.
Newly remodeled, the center consists of 9 attractively decorated and electronically sophisticated banquet
rooms, catering kitchen, rentals store Event Rentals, decorating department and sales office.
Rothchild Catering & Conference Center is locally owned and managed by a team of dedicated professionals.
The culinary trained kitchen staff has the knowledge and expertise to handle the most detailed menus. The service
staff is continually educated and trained and our sales staff maintains as its primary goal: service beyond your
expectations.
We are also proud to be the exclusive caterer of Dara's Garden, a 20 acre wedding, reception and event property in Knox County.
